Finding a condo in San Francisco with parking can be a challenge—but two-car parking? That’s the holy grail. I rounded up a trio of condos that offer the elusive second (and even third!) parking space.
But first, a plug for my own listing at 4527 19th Street, an Edwardian flat with a big garage that takes advantage of every parking space. You are guaranteed one independent parking space, and a second, tandem space with the neighbor if you have more than one car. List price is $899,000.
Here are three more condos to consider:
2125 Bryant #308
List Price: $1,395,000
2125 Bryant #308 is a 3BR/3.5BA at the newer Union-SF building that comes with three parking spaces! This can come in handy in the Mission. There are two levels; your master bedroom is on the main level, and two more bedrooms are upstairs. Very well-appointed unit with more than 1600 square feet.
Lower Pacific Heights
List Price: $1,600,000
This top-floor, 3BR/2BA condo at 2035 Pine is situated in a three-unit building constructed in 1910. The great room is open to the kitchen, and the living space has sweeping south-facing San Francisco views.
1501 Filbert PH7G
List Price: $3,625,000
Amero is Cow Hollow’s latest new-construction condo development. And Penthouse 7G has panoramic views, three levels of living/bedroom space, and a huge, private rooftop terrace. Two-car parking is also included.
