Once in escrow, I hold your hand every step of the way, down to getting your estimated closing statement before you sign loan docs.
Outstanding marketing and negotiating for sellers. I educate my clients about the selling process and make sure no stone is left unturned in my multi-tiered marketing program. I also work the life out of open houses and broker tours. Once in escrow, I ensure that conditions are removed by the buyer in a timely manner, and you can ultimately move on with as much money in hand as possible.
Extreme service. I return phone calls, texts and emails promptly, and will always provide an honest opinion that is not self serving. You’ll never find yourself wondering what’s going on during any stage of your buying or selling process.
